1. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath flagged off the trial run of the Kanpur Metro.
2. Australia’s Prime Minister Scott Morrison has launched a $738 million investment fund to fast-track emerging low emissions technologies including carbon capture and storage.
3. NASA delayed putting astronauts back on the moon until 2025 at the earliest, missing the deadline set by the Trump administration.
4. DRDO & Directorate of Defence R&D, Israel sign Bilateral Innovation Agreement for development of dual use technologies.
5. The Indian Army has inked a Memorandum of Understanding with the Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications and Geo-Informatics (BISAG-N), Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
6. The fourth submarine of the Project – 75, Yard 11878 was delivered to the Indian Navy. Project – 75 includes construction of six submarines of Scorpene design.
7. President Ram Nath Kovind conferred the honorary rank of General of Indian Army to Nepal Army Chief Prabhu Ram Sharma at a special function at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
8. Government has appointed Vice Admiral R. Hari Kumar as the next Chief of the Naval Staff.
